Attend fitness classes at any of our community centers with our Fitness Class Pass. Get your heart racing with Zumba or increase your flexibility with a Chair Yoga class.  Our instructors are all certified and ready to help you on your wellness journey.  Check out our fitness page on Facebook.

Adult Tap
Tap your way into the new year with Adult tap! Tap dance is characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. This is a fun, low-key class for those adults who want to learn the different sounds and rhythms of Tap dance. This class is for all levels, and you are welcome to borrow a pair of Tap shoes for the first couple of classes.
Aqua Boot Camp
This class is held in the pool and allows you to hop, skip and run without undue stress on your joints. Low impact.
Beatz
Beatz is a class of cardio drumming that brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and a bucket for the ball to sit in. It’s a fun, fast-paced workout that incorporates drumming and cardio to the rhythm of music. High tempo, low impact and one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. Using the exercise ball and floor as your drum and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout leaving you smiling, sweating, and feeling amazing!
Body Toning
This class is a head to toe low impact, high energy movement and strength workout. It’s is a great mix of cardio, body weight resistance, core and balance. Working at a moderate to fast pace for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest this class is easily adaptable to all fitness levels. Always remember you can do anything for 20 seconds! Bring a mat.
Cardio Mix
This is a medium impact, high intensity class that will keep you moving from start to finish. A fun, exciting, energizing opportunity that can be modified as you see fit. Let’s get moving!
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga will help in gentle stretching, lengthening your muscles and improving your range of motion. This class is part sitting and part standing but is easily modified for anybody. Chair yoga is an even gentler option for seniors with limited mobility. It’s important for older people with medical issues to talk to both their health care providers and the yoga teacher before starting yoga.
Cross Training
A variety of high energy exercises that will improve your everyday fitness. Moderate impact. 
Fitmix with Stix
A low impact music driven workout that mixes up movement and toning by means of resistance training and body weight and sticks. This class is for all fitness levels and all ages it is a great start to your week. It is an easy to follow, high energy class that will have you moving to some of your favorite songs and walking away feeling happy and energized.
Low Impact Cardio
A low Impact, high intensity workout. Low-impact cardio is a form of exercise that increases your heart rate while minimizing the amount of stress or impact you put your joints under using equipment or just your own body weight. 
Move And Groove

20 min of warm up and cardio, 20 min of weights, 20 min of floor and cool. Blast the fat in 1 hour.

This is a low impact, high energy class that will leaving you feeling great! All fitness levels.

Pilates

The Core Effect - Practice your balance, stand up straighter, become more limber with a heathier spine. How about a flatter stomach and stronger back? These are all the benefits of practicing Pilates. Leave class feeling strong and fabulous! No impact on your joints. This is a mat floor exercise.

Pound
Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements while using lightly weighted drumsticks.
Step-n-Tone
This low to moderate impact class is for all ages and fitness levels. This class offers a balance between movement and toning by offering modifications to make this workout your own while using your own body weight and resistance equipment to help improve your health by utilizing muscles and bone strengthening exercises.
Tai Chi Easy
This is a fun, easy-to-do, healthy moving practice that focuses on the most important parts from all of the different tai chi forms, like moving from your center, balanced rotation, and flowing movement, while relaxing the body and calming your mind. TCE classes are built with techniques from four areas of well-being; breathing, gentle movement, self-applied massage, and simple meditation which make up the whole system for healthy living.
Tone-n-Stretch
This is a great addition to Step n Tone or a workout on it’s own. The toning section will use resistance, light weights and body weight moves to help shape and define your muscles. Ending the class with a full body stretch will help to improve your performance in physical activity and improve your ability to do daily activities. This is an amazing way to end your week. Bring a mat.
WERQ

WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on trending popular music. Our WERQ fitness class is a judge free zone where you will bust a move and break a sweat with heart pumping routines to popular upbeat tunes and release all the stress from a busy workday.

Getting fit through a new exciting fitness class. We’re trying to build a community of WERQaholics who believe in having fun while moving their bodies. Because friends that WERQ together, stick together.

Yoga
A gentle-to-moderate class, suitable for anyone capable of rising from lying to standing without assistance. Sequence touches on all the movements of the spine with a focus on lengthening the spine, as well as gentle hip opening, balance, range of motion, and strength building. Variations are offered to allow customization based on your needs and goals. 
Zumba
Want to add a bit of Latin music and world rhythms to your workout routine? Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together for a workout combining muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and cardio. We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. From first-timer to long-time veteran, Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body!
