Any Akron homeowner who has been approved for the State’s Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) can provide us with a copy of their HEAP approval letter to receive a 50% reduction on the sewer rate increases. We offer the following convenient ways to provide this information:

• Delivery of the letter to 146 South High Street, Room 211 between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday;
• Faxing it to 330-375-2308;
• Scanning and e-mailing it to [email protected]; or
• Mailing it to Akron Utilities Business Office, CitiCenter Building, 146 South High Street, Room 211, Akron, Ohio 44308-1894.
