Residential
- Dwelling New - $1500
- Addition or Accessory Structure - $50
Permit Requirements and Fees
Commercial
- Right-of-Way Opening – Will be billed for City Inspection cost after project is completed
- Performance Bond Required – Amount of Right-of-Way Work or $10,000, whichever is larger
- Repair of curb, drive apron, and curb ONLY - $500 Deposit
- Right-of-Way Occupancy - $35 Per 100 SF of Right-of-Way occupied
- Razing Permit - $100 Per Building
- Oversized Load Permit - $75 Per Load
- Sewer Permit – See application to calculate fee
- Water Connect – Fee will be provided by Water at time of review
Residential
- Right-of-Way Opening – Will be billed for City Inspection cost after project is complete
- Performance Bond Required – Amount of Right-of-Way or $10,000, whichever is larger

- Homeowner affidavit (ONLY IF HOMEOWNER IS DOING WORK)
