Industrial Parks
One of Akron’s primary goals is to assist businesses looking to expand or relocate. To facilitate this effort, the City of Akron has established an ongoing program to purchase available land and develop fully improved industrial park sites. The City makes this land available in lots of two acres or more for manufacturing or related industrial development through sale or capitalized ground lease arrangements. Presently, the City offers sites for business development in five industrial parks.
