Akron Arts Expo

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the City of Akron has made the difficult decision to cancel all City-sponsored events with an expected attendance of 250 or more, scheduled before September 7, 2020.  The Taste of Akron and the Akron Arts Expo are canceled for this year.  The safety of our artists, vendors, patrons and community is our number one priority.  We look forward to hosting the Taste of Akron and the Akron Arts Expo again in 2021 and hope to see you there.

Taste of Akron, 6 - 10 p.m.

Taste of Akron Take Two, 6 - 10 p.m.

Akron Arts Expo, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Sunday, July
Akron Arts Expo, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Akron Arts Expo has something fun for everyone! The event always takes place the fourth weekend in July at Hardesty Park. The Taste of Akron kicks things off on Thursday with samples of appetizers, entrees and desserts from a variety of area restaurants. On Friday, Taste of Akron Take Two features area food trucks and a beer and wine tasting tent with local breweries and wineries. Saturday and Sunday the Akron Arts Expo will feature more than 160 juried artists, an interactive children’s area, live entertainment, a silent auction, great food and free parking and admission. Please visit our website for more information or to apply to the show.

Artists applications are accepted February 1 - March 31 each year.
