The City of Akron has issued a Snow Emergency Parking Ban for ALL CITY STREETS effective Feb. 11 at 6 p.m. This ban is in effect until further notice.

Snow parking bans are issued for the purpose of the public’s safety and the efficiency of snow clearing efforts on city streets. A Snow Emergency Parking Ban means the city has the power to tow cars parked on city streets if they impede the progress of snow clearing operations.
