Mayor Plusquellic has devoted more than 40 years to public service in a career highlighted by great leadership successes locally and nationally.  A graduate of Akron’s Kenmore High School, Plusquellic attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Engineering and graduated from Bowling Green State University School of Business.  He earned his J.D. from The University of Akron School of Law. Plusquellic has won countless local and national awards; most recently he was honored for his support of the arts and culture, receiving the National 2014 Public Leadership in the Arts Award.

Registration and networking begin at 10:30 a.m., with the program and lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m.  To make a reservation, call the Greater Akron Chamber at (330) 237-1237 or register at www.greaterakronchamber.org, though the events calendar.  RSVP by Noon on Friday, March 28th, 2014.  The cost is $22 for individuals and $220 for a table of ten people.
