4513.03 Time for lighted lights on motor vehicles. (A) Every vehicle, other than a motorized bicycle, operated upon a street or highway within this state shall display lighted lights and illuminating devices as required by sections 4513.04 to 4513.37 of the Revised Code during all of the following times: (1) The time from sunset to sunrise; (2) At any other time when, due to insufficient natural light or unfavorable atmospheric conditions, persons, vehicles, and substantial objects on the highway are not discernible at a distance of one thousand feet ahead; (3) At any time when the windshield wipers of the vehicle are in use because of precipitation on the windshield.

	Gorge Blvd. under SR 8 will have various lane restrictions for bridge repairs. This restriction will remain in place through mid-June. This work is part of a $4.3 million project to resurface SR 8 between the Central Interchange and the northern Akron corporation limit and various bridge repairs to four structures. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by October 2012.

	Full depth road reconstruction. Traffic restricted to one way southbound on Massillon Road, between Esther Avenue and Triplett Boulevard.

South Main Street	Wilbeth Road	5/7/2012	11/30/2012	TM
	The intersection will be widened to five lanes from the current four-lane condition. New signals, lights, sidewalks, curb and gutter will be installed, making this intersection much safer to accommodate current and future traffic demands. Some utility relocation has already occurred. Monday’s efforts will include saw cutting of the existing pavement. Soon lane restrictions will narrow traffic approaching this intersection from all directions. It is anticipated this project will be completed by Fall, 2012. Access to all businesses at this intersection will remain open.
